Lightwave / Rakatur

Jonathan Allyn raises the bar with his latest release containing two floor ravaging tracks, Lightwave and Rakatur. Sweetening the deal is a brilliant remix of Lightwave by Magnus.

Once again Jonathan blows us away with his talent for incorporating driving rhythms and infectious melody hooks that draw the listener in and take hold. Lightwave’s snaky acid line is instantly hypnotic. Add a cleverly used sample and a powerful bottom end and you have the makings for a perfect storm.

Pharmacy legend, Magnus, returns with a fantastic rework of Lightwave featuring laser pure production. Magnus forgoes the epic breakdown instead going for the intensity of a relentless groove that builds and builds creating one big climax on the dance floor. This track was made for the expanse of an open air festival.

Wrapping up the release is Rakatur a peak time crossover track that would fit in a main room trance set or an underground psy party. Racketeer is Jonathan’s signature crossover sound at it’s best.
